April Showers (errr... I mean.... snowstorms) bring....

A day off!!  Hooray!!! I have spent time today just being in the moment, noticing the lovely sight of the cherry blossoms covered with snow.  As I prepare my dinner of warm potato soup and tuna sandwich,  I notice three coyotes playing in the field beyond the cherry tree.  Two adults and a puppy, with the puppy lagging far behind, his attention captured by every new smell intensified by freshly fallen snow.  Finally, the frustrated adults start a game of tag with the pup to redirect his attention. They want to move forward and further up the mountain before darkness falls.  Wyatt, my fearless Tibetan Mastiff guard dog, does not notice the coyotes beyond the cherry tree.  He is too interested in my tuna sandwich.
