Elizabeth  is available nationally and internationally for phone readings as follows:

Mondays:  9:00 am - 8:30 pm, Mountain Time Zone

Thursdays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Mountain Time Zone

Scheduling Procedure and Policy is as Follows:

1) Use the paypal buttons to purchase the reading of your choice.
2) You will receive an email or phone call  from Elizabeth with a choice of 3 - 4 first available appointment times and more information on your chosen type of reading.  Respond with your 1st and 2nd choices of schedule times.
3) You will receive a confirmation email of your scheduled time.

Refunds and Credits: 

There will be no partial refunds given for partial reading times. 
Elizabeth does not have control over the information given from spirit and how long it takes to receive that information and impart it.  She will also not "kill time" nor "flower" your reading or do any other behavior that takes more time simply to fill time.  If you purchase an hour reading and your reading takes less than 30 minutes, you will be credited 30 minutes future reading time for the difference.  If you purchase 30 minutes and your reading takes less than 15 minutes, you will be credited 15 minutes in future reading time.

Refunds for People who Want to be Told Exactly What They Want to Hear?

No.  Readings are done in a state of complete openness to spirit providing input and information.  It is impossible to be in any sort of spiritual integrity when telling clients only what they wish to hear or what they wish to be correct or true.

Rescheduling due to illness/family or other emergency: 

If Elizabeth cannot read for you due to her own illness, emergency, or another energetically or physically impairing reason on your reading date, you will be offered the soonest available reading time. 

If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency - you will be offered the soonest available reading time.

If you are located within the United States, Elizabeth will call you at the scheduled time. 

If you are calling from outside the United States, please call Elizabeth at the appointed time, or you may provide your Skype contact information so that she may call you on SkypePhone.
