Elizabeth has spent
much of her life involved in exploring the line between intuitive and
critical scientific thinking. Raised by a science educator with
psychic abilities and an agnostic, her understanding of spirit and
consciousness is derived from experience, not belief.
deepening her skills as a psychic, spirit medium and animal
communicator, she worked to support herself through assisting research
groups as an editor, grants manager and volunteer in fields from particle physics to transpersonal psychology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University.
Transpersonal Psychology through the Center for Psychology and Social
Change, now the John E. Mack Institute and became Peer Mentor for
people undergoing extreme spiritual emergencies. She is currently
writing a book about her experience researching Alien Abductions and
associated spiritual emergencies.
became a Reiki practitioner and Master Instructor in 1994. While
studying Reiki, she worked at an Equine Veterinary Clinic, where she
found applications for Reiki among the emergency clients at the clinic,
as well as an opportunity to practice her growing animal communication
In 1996, she attended the Star Knowledge Conference in South Dakota, where she met Courtney Brown Ph.D., the founder of the Farsight Institute, who explained Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV) and it's application to the intuitive study of the nature of the universe. She began practicing SRV with a group of friends who studied at the Farsight Institute in late 1996.
In early 1997, Elizabeth was introduced to the practice of Evidential Spirit Mediumship at the Ayer Institute, the teaching arm of the First Spiritualist Temple in Boston, the oldest Spiritualist Church in North America.
She currently lives on
a high mesa in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, where she meets with
clients by phone, spends time with her horses, cats and dog, watches
the wildlife, hikes the mountain trails and writes.
