I was comfortable with the idea of each soul being a spark of the creator which took opportunities to incarnate into human form for a vacation in three dimensions.  Then I discovered that my soul has another incarnate entity living right now (in another state, different sex, much younger by half) that I will not meet.  That bespoke a much larger and complex idea of a soul and naturally created in me a much muddier and less well defined understanding of what a soul is.

I have read a theory that stated an Oversoul has twelve Subsouls which each have twelve Supersubsouls which incarnate, thus leaving each soul with up to 144 total incarnate beings available at one time.  If this is accurate, what is the actual standing of each incarnation with the soul?  I mean, each of the 144 supersubsouls can reincarnate repeatedly...would the supersubsoul be what we are familiar with when referring to "our soul"?  And maybe the subsouls are our "soul groups", while the oversoul is like the overseer for that particular segment of the Creator's backyard...hmmm.

And I guess we incarnate with "pods" of supersubsouls from other oversouls, who are somehow different from our own oversoul "soul group".  Is any of this correct?

Then the idea, as in Newton's books of between life activities, that the soul, returning from incarnation, has to readjust to its heavenly surroundings and shake off all that earth funk; how does that work with a soul who has 144 appendages, and not all of them shaking off the mortal coil at once?  Newton would have had to be speaking about the supersubsoul, right?  And that would make this a semantic game as opposed to a completely different framework...just a little more developed above the stages I am familiar with, I suppose.

Next, I have been told that I am an incarnate that is an aspect of the soul of a previous being who was incarnate a few hundred years ago.  Where and how would that fit into the oversoul paradigm?  Does this mean that, assuming the above is true, the previous entity was also once my 1/144th of the oversoul, or my same supersubsoul unit?  If so, where does that young, female, "other current incarnate of my soul" fit in?

And now, with the above said, where does the split of the atom, the creation of each soul into two separately incarnating halves come into play?  Twin flames becoming one...is this a romanticized understanding of something else entirely or does it have a place in this whole schematic?

I hope this isn't too elementary to discuss here...it has been rolling around in my head with no apparent direction until I noticed your website on my favorites this afternoon...then it all jumped on this page seeking your wisdom and understanding!

Love and light!

Oh MY....  Well, I like to subscribe to the KISS school of understanding souls, twin flames, incarnations, the monad and the big G - God the creator...the universal BIG SOUL or Spirit.    And by the "KISS" school, I don't mean the rock band, but rather "Keep It Simple Stupid."   At the level of the BIG SOUL - the MONAD - we are all the same - unindividuated completely spiritually equal "soul stuff" or pure consciousness... as you divide the Monad, you enter different "realms" of "individuated existence" and those realms usually run from less physical existence to the more physical existence - keeping it simple for example - from the mental realm... to the physical realm.  Now there can be divisions and individuations throughout all of the realms, but in the KISS school of thinking about all of that... there is one constant... we are all the same soul stuff.  There are numerous mentions of this "same soul stuff" reality running through the Bible as well as other holy texts of other religions... we are all the same soul stuff.   So I believe it is less important to understand how we are separate - although we are learning through being separate... than it is to remember that we are not separate.  I believe there is much more wisdom in not caring as much about the dividing lines of individuation as you do about the connecting lines of non-separation.  When you love yourself for being the soul stuff that you are, and allow the soul stuff that you are to heal and make whole the individuated self that you currently experience as "reality"  - you can be sure that you are healing many more soul stuff selves than you are currently aware of.... and that's a nice thing to think about.
